The Role Oversee rent collection, manage arrears, and maintain up-to-date tenant account recordsAct as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and delivering excellent customer serviceManage the full tenancy lifecycle from move-ins and document preparation to welcoming new residentsCarry out regular property inspections, handle tenancy breaches, and coordinate repairs or refurbishments as neededSupport the launch of new developments, assisting with tenant enquiries and move-in logisticsHandle the full deposit process including deductions, disputes, and legal compliance while maintaining strong tenant relationsBuild strong relationships with landlords, provide regular updates, and act as a liaison for permissions and communicationsCollaborate with internal teams to identify revenue opportunities, support high-volume move-in periods, and ensure procedural compliance You will have Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a property management roleProven experience managing a portfolio of 100+ residential unitsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindsetWorking knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and deposit complianceHigh attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management softwareA proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive team attitude What you'll get in return Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday only - no weekend workFlexible hours available once probation is completedPerformance-related bonus structureClear, structured progression path - the business promotes from withinFantastic working culture in a supportive and growing teamStylish city-centre office with a strong and respected brand presence
