SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGERRendall & Rittner • £Competitive, aligned to experience and portfolio size • HybridROLE OVERVIEWThis is a unique Senior Property Manager role, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on high-impact initiatives across new business, mobilisation and complex operational projects.This is not a traditional portfolio role. You will initially focus on supporting key business priorities before transitioning into long-term portfolio ownership as developments are secured and onboarded.You will collaborate with teams across Property Management, Operations and Mobilisation, gaining exposure across the full lifecycle of a development.This is more than just portfolio management.
