Portfolio Details: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Property Manager to work as part of team in the management of Large and complex development in East London, portfolio of around 1,400 units across neighbouring developments. Supported by a full estate team, you’ll manage high-rise and high-risk buildings, handle complex service charge budgets, ensure compliance, and engage confidently with residents and stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service. You’ll need to visit the site at least once every two weeks, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.
