Property Coordinator Location: WWT Slimbridge, GL2Salary: £24,901.50 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. (Part-time work and hybrid working will be considered with 2 to 3 days expected on site).About The RoleDo you have experience of working in a property related environment? Are you a brilliant communicator with strong administrative and project coordination skills? Do you have a love for nature and the environment? If so, we want to hear from you.Reporting to the Head Asset Development and management, you will work to support our ten UK sites in managing our physical assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and financial responsibilities. You will help our Centre and Facilities Managers with property related activities such as surveys, planning applications, sourcing of contractors and liaison with tenants.About YouTo join as our property Coordinator, you’ll bring:Experience of working in a property or facilities administration role in a relevant organisation – e.g. private estate, charity or commercial property businessA strong ability to digest and interpret financial information and basic legal documentsEvidence of financial administration experience and budget trackingExperience of coordinating income projectsBrilliant communication skills with the ability to liaise with external agents, tenants, site managers and senior managers centrallyAbout UsWe’re WWT, and we’re on a mission to restore the super-powered ecosystems we call wetlands.
