Property Administrator - Ilford, East London - £28,000 to £32,000 DOE My client, a successful and established Property Management firm are currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join the existing property administration team and support on the maintenance coordination for a portfolio of residential properties consisting of guaranteed rent schemes and supported living for young people.The firm have a proven track record in providing a quality orientated service to their clients, helping landlords, tenants and local authorities. The individual will be first point of contact for the reporting of maintenance issues for properties, so excellent customer service skills are required. The suitable candidate will answer phone calls, handling maintenance issues and basic troubleshooting, raising maintenance works and coordinating the maintenance operatives to ensure works are completed onetime and in line with company priority targets. ?Duties & Responsibilities Answering calls, handling maintenance queries and redirecting the call as requiredEnsuring basic trouble shooting steps are carried out with callers to ascertain if it requires a home visitAssessing and prioritising the maintenance issues reported to ensure it is correctly graded based on company priority levelsEnsuring relevant data is submitted into the CRM and is included on the job sheetAllocating maintenance works to maintenance operativesCoordination of the maintenance operatives to ensure works are being completed on time and in line with company targetsFollowing up with tenant to update them on progress / delays with the completion of worksReport any complaints to the Property Services ManagerLiaising with tenants, solicitors or NGOs such as Citizens advice or ShelterRaising invoices on XERO when instructed Experience and Skills required Proven Maintenance/Works Coordination or Property Administration experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, calming and professionalGood organisational and coordination skillsProven time management and punctualityLocal to Ilford (Within a 45-minute commute)Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9am - 6pm Office Based For more information, please contact Anisha on the Business Support team at Dove & Hawk Property recruitment.
