Project Quantity Surveyor
A growing residential consultancy is seeking a commercially focused Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. The Project Quantity Surveyor will deliver professional quantity surveying services across high-end residential developments, supporting the financial management of projects from inception to completion. This Quantity Surveyor role will involve managing key quantity surveying duties including cost planning, procurement and post-contract administration. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients and project teams, ensuring effective quantity surveying control and consistent commercial performance across multiple schemes. The Company?The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a specialist consultancy delivering residential projects across London and the South East. The business operates with a collaborative team structure and maintains strong relationships with private clients and developers. The RoleAs the Project Quantity Surveyor you will take responsibility for managing projects through all commercial stages under the guidance of senior leadership. The role will include: Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets and feasibility studiesManaging tender documentation and contract preparationAdvising on procurement strategiesMonitoring valuations, variations and change controlUndertaking risk and value managementOverseeing interim payments and contributing to final accountsProducing financial reports and client updates The Project Quantity Surveyor?You will be commercially aware, client-facing and confident managing residential projects within a consultancy environment.
