This position acts as a central link between customers, external sales, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service, supporting commercial objectives, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Act as the main internal point of contact for customer enquiries, updates, and issue resolution. Work closely with External Business Development Managers to identify and maximise growth opportunities within existing accounts. Liaise with the Order Processing team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
