You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. This role suits someone who is comfortable making decisions, communicating clearly with clients, and keeping projects moving without unnecessary bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities Being the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of each projectAttending project meetings and working closely with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth deliveryPreparing and reviewing Risk Assessment Method StatementsManaging the production, completion, and quality of asbestos survey reports and drawingsEnsuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed workOrganising teams, resources, and schedules to meet both client expectations and commercial targetsCoordinating employees and subcontractors on siteResolving operational issues and escalating to the Head of Asbestos where requiredProviding technical input to support sales activity, including site visits for new workMaintaining a professional, organised approach both on site and in the office Asbestos Project Management Required Experience BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 is essentialFull UK driving license12+ months of experience work experience as an Asbestos Project Manager within a UKAS accredited consultancyBOHS P403 & BOHS P404 would be beneficial, but Asbestos Project Managenet, hands on experience, is far more importantConfidence communicating with clients, surveyors/ analysts and office staffComfortable managing workloads, priortities and deadlines Willingness and Flexibility Some projects may require night work or variable hoursYou may be required to manage and mentor surveyors and analystsOccasional out of hours contact may be needed for live project mattersTravel across the Midlands, with occasional travel to London
