About the role: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of all activities within our Professional Services (PS) function. You will be responsible for managing service requests and PS work, overseeing our calendars to optimise utilisation across both our PS and Field Engineering teams. Your role will ensure that the right engineers are in the right place at the right time, with the necessary equipment to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the business. By managing resources and schedules, you will directly contribute to maximising revenue and supporting the overall success of this business area. Project Coordinator Pay: £30,000 DOE Location: Leicestershire We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role would suit someone with a background or strong interest in project management, shopfitting, POS installations, or site-based coordination, who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. While experience in import/export or logistics is not essential, full training will be provided. What's important is a practical, organised mindset and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across different projects. Our client is looking for an individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal skills to join their team as a Project Coordinator. Based in Banbury this position will focus on providing an outstanding service to clients through providing administrative support and coordination.You will be resilient with an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict resolution.You will be required to have a structured approach to managing projects to ensure process optimisation and issue resolution. You will be planning, executing, and managing project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.Working hours will consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and offer hybrid working 3 days in the office as a minimum. The company also offers flexi-time with core hours in the office being 10 am to 4 pm.Duties of the Project Coordinator:Support the project team with daily duties and project work.Organise meetings and manage diaries. Deal with internal and external enquiries. Prepare documents, letters, reports and templates. Create and run reports. Conduct data analysis and cleansing to maintain the database.
