This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, close-knit team where people are trusted to get on with their role, supported by experienced leadership and a collaborative environment.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the operational hub for their core projects team, ensuring multiple live projects are delivered smoothly, accurately and professionally.The RoleThis is not a traditional admin role. You will play a key part in keeping projects moving, supporting planning, communication, compliance and coordination across multiple sites. Working closely with senior operational leadership and project delivery teams, you will bring structure, organisation and proactive support to a busy, fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing project handover documentationCoordinating surveys, site access and installationsManaging site communications and check-insSupporting H&S documentation, RAMS and compliance processesAssisting with project planning and scheduling activitiesCoordinating subcontractor onboarding, vetting and feedbackManaging toolbox talk administrationSupporting reporting, invoicing and revenue trackingResponding promptly to client, site and internal enquiriesMaintaining accurate operational records and systemsReducing administrative burden on delivery teamsAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
