This opportunity will support the introduction and maintenance of Project Management best practices. You will be working alongside Project Managers and Engineers on a very exciting project, developing a new product. The roleAs a Project Controller, you will be assisting the Project Manager in running the Project Management System (PM processes and review cadence) and providing the framework needed to enable the integrated engineering team to meet its goals. A large focus within the role will be to develop accurate, integrated, cross functional schedules and resource plans to assist the Project Manager in managing the project baselines. You will be assisting in managing the risks and opportunities at local level as well as continuously assisting the Project Manager in the development and upkeep of a streamlined reporting and stakeholder management process, using key metrics and dashboards appropriate to the phase of the project.About youWe are looking for candidates with 3-5 years' experience in a project-based role, who have relevant experience in planning, developing, and delivering projects. Experience of leading projects using agile methodologies is highly desirable, as well as strong financial and analytical skills. One of our Hemel Hampstead based clients requires a Project Control Coordinator (PCC) to report to the Operations Manager, to co-ordinate project activity in supporting sales opportunities for the supply of equipment and services for the retail sector. A fundamental responsibility of the Project Control Coordinator is to ensure that all physical activity is reflected accurately in our ERP system through the administration of Sales Orders and other connected ERP processes.
