From our site we supply over 37% of the UKs chilled sauces and 20% of the country's chilled soups to both Sainsburys & Asda.What you'll be doingShift: Nights, 4 on 4 off (18:00 - 06:00)As Senior Production Zone Manager you will lead nominated colleagues and manage the consistent application of processes within a given department or zone to ensure products are prepared and manufactured to the agreed standards and production plans.Deliver department/zone productivity and efficiency targets to produce goods in line with the agreed production planContinuously monitor raw materials/ingredients, all operational processes and the overall production environment to ensure that all activity comply with food safety manufacturing standardsMonitor and review labour deployment to ensure that the availability and alignment fits with the production requirements of the departmentEffectively communicate with the operations team report progress against plan, highlighting any risks to the achievement of volumes and standardsMonitors the effectiveness of machinery and equipment, through Optimum Equipment Efficiency (OEE), to ensure performance consistency and reliabilityPromote a Health, Safety and Environment culture within the department, complying to procedures, accident investigation, corrective actions and completing near miss reporting, promoting a safe working environmentReview operational trends within department / zone. Production Manager (Dental)£40,000 - £46,000 + Company Bonus + Discounts + Overtime + Progress to Operations Manager + Days Only + Flexible Working TimesBristol Are you a Production Manager from a dental background or a similar medium-scale manufacturing environment looking to be the go-to production specialist in a multinational, industry leading business that provides ongoing training on the latest software and a pathway to progress into an Operations Manager? In this role you will play a key part of day-to-day production, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure that quality and workflow needs are met from monitoring the KPIs of the production team as well as setting daily tasks for the team. This is a Monday to Friday, days only role where you will be working 8-hour days.
