Optimise Workflow & Processes; Continuously improve production processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and waste-reduction methodologies.Implement process enhancements, automation, and efficiency improvements. Ensure Quality & Compliance; Work with Quality Assurance to maintain product standards and implement CAPA where needed.Champion a safe working environment by ensuring inspections, audits, SOP compliance, PPE usage, and accurate record-keeping. Solve Problems & Drive Improvement; Respond quickly to issues such as equipment failures, material shortages, or staffing gaps.Lead root-cause analysis and long-term preventive action planning.Empower teams to proactively identify and resolve issues. Support Business Growth; Align production capabilities with the company's long-term strategic plan.Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to maintain competitiveness.
