An opportunity exists to join this Bristol-based business as a Product Manager.The Product Manager is responsible for managing the coordination of the product roadmap and ensuring that product development is driven by clear market needs, customer insight, and commercial priorities.This role acts as the primary bridge between customers, sales, and the internal product and engineering teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Product to ensure successful delivery and launch.Key Responsibilities:Product Roadmap & Quarterly Release PlansMaintain and administer the product roadmap, in line with company strategy and commercial objectives.Develop the company’s quarterly release plan using the Roadmap Framework, engaging key stakeholders at the appropriate time in the process to ensure new features are launched seamlessly and on time. This specifically includes:Prioritise initiatives based on customer value and business impactCollaborate with the Head of Product and the Development team to rough-size commercial priorities and agree delivery feasibilityCoordinate across all relevant departments (sales, customer success, marketing) to ensure all feature releases are delivered on time and with most customer impactClearly communicate roadmap and quarterly release plans to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates of progress against planCustomer & Market EngagementEngage with customers, prospects and end users to gather feedback to define and validate product direction and new feature developmentPartner with Sales and Customer Success to support our most technically complex pre-sales demos and discussions, bringing in the Head of Product in an advisory capacity as needed.Stay ahead of market trends, industry requirements and competitor products to ensure our product remains market-leadingRepresent the voice of the customer in product discussions and prioritisation decisions, ensuring we’re delivering customer value at all times.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the primary point of contact between commercial teams and product developmentCollaborate closely with the Head of Product to align roadmap priorities with technical strategyEnsure stakeholders have visibility into progress, risks, and changesPerformance & Continuous ImprovementDefine success metrics and monitor product performance post-launchGather feedback and data to inform continuous product improvementContribute to improving product processes and ways of workingRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
