This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact during a critical phase of M&A integration while working with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.Your new roleAs Procurement Manager, you will take the lead on embedding newly acquired suppliers, contracts and spend into a unified, high-quality procurement model. Acting as the bridge between operations, finance and the procurement team, you will: Analyse, cleanse and interpret complex spend, contract and supplier data to identify opportunities for value creation.Conduct detailed opportunity analysis and benchmark incoming supply chains against existing categories.Build and deliver clear communication and supply chain integration plans.Identify and secure "quick wins" across cost, quality, sustainability and other value metrics.Integrate new suppliers and spend into Business-as-Usual category plans and analytics.Develop improvement roadmaps for 2027 and 2028, including total life cost and performance opportunities.Lead procurement projects, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance frameworks.Act as a key escalation point for supply chain issues during the integration period.Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure operational excellence and a seamless customer experience-particularly during peak trading periods.Assess and mitigate supply chain risks linked to M&A activity.Support the integration of procurement and finance systems as acquisitions transition into the core business.
