Under strong leadership, the team advises on complex estate, will and trust litigation, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel and agricultural succession disputes.The RoleThis is a senior-level appointment - either at director or junior partner level, depending on experience - to help shape and grow the firm's inheritance and trust disputes team.
