CDM Principal Designer An Architecture practice with a trusted reputation in the housing and care home sector, are now seeking a CDM Principal Designer to work closely with their in-house design team, as you mitigate Design Risk (CDM) together. Their expertise in the Residential and Care home sector will allow you to develop a vast knowledge on a variety of interesting projects, that aren't your regular cookie-cutter residential projects either!
