The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activitiesProvide 1:1 or small group support to pupils to help them reach their potentialFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentAssist with classroom management and preparation of learning resources?? About YouWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about supporting children's learning and developmentReliable, adaptable, and confident in a school settingExperienced working with primary-aged children (school-based or similar experience preferred)Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential?
