This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will lead from the front, remaining actively involved in warehouse and logistics activities whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department, high customer service standards and safe, efficient operations. Managing warehouse, yard and transport activities, you will ensure stock is received, stored, controlled and dispatched efficiently whilst maintaining excellent levels of operational performance and customer service. You will oversee daily logistics planning, fleet compliance, warehouse operations and inventory management, ensuring customer deliveries are achieved safely, accurately and on time.
