Our client is currently seeking an experienced Porter / Concierge to join the team at a residential development in Central/ West London.Rota:Monday to Friday, 8am-6pmMain duties:Conduct morning and afternoon inspections of all common areas.Ensure entrances, lifts, stairwells, corridors, basement and car park areas are clean, safe and well presented.Hoover and mop entrances including lift interiors.Remove litter from external areas.Maintain bin storage areas in a tidy and hygienic condition.Collect and remove refuse; ensure no rubbish is left in communal areas.Clean the basement weekly.Replace communal light bulbs in accordance with Health & Safety regulations for working at height.Test sprinkler system weekly.Carry out security and maintenance checks during each shift.Requirements:Experience in a residential, concierge, porter or facilities role.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.Ability to work independently.Basic IT literacy (email and logging systems).Good understanding of Health & Safety principles
