Your responsibilities will include contributing to clinical governance, participating in audits and liaising with pharmacy and nursing staff to continuously improve service delivery. You will provide visibility and support across departments, ensuring both clinical and non-clinical teams have access to pharmacy expertise throughout the working week. Escalating quality concerns, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring compliance with GPhC guidance will be central to your role. You will also deliver staff training relevant to medication management and support service development initiatives.
