Outstanding opportunity to work as Personal Assistant to a landowner and company chairman, taking responsibility for providing support to his business and personal life. You will be required to provide support to other family members as well. The role is busy, challenging and no two days are the same. This role is 100% office based near Peterborough.As Personal Assistant you will take on a broad range of tasks including coordinating complex travel plans, managing business and social diaries, coordinating charitable commitments, and arranging attendance at events. You will liaise regularly with household staff, and colleagues within the wider business. You must be highly organised, discreet, and work well at pace and under pressure. It would be beneficial if you have a working knowledge of MS excel and if you have an understanding of using a Mac system that would be useful but not essential and this can be taught.You will be confident speaking to people at all levels - and equally importantly be confident in your ability to communicate effectively in writing. Familiarity with countryside matters would be an advantage as the family is engaged in the full range of rural businesses and activities, including field sports.
