Key AccountabilitiesHR Advisory & Employee Relations Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.Support employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.Coach managers on best practice in people management, escalating complex issues to BPs/VPAct as a trusted HR contact, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
