You will manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, act as the day-to-day client contact, and support the delivery of high-quality governance and consultancy services.Key Responsibilities Manage and support relationships with DB scheme trustees and sponsors.Deliver governance services, ensure compliance and maintain key scheme documents.Lead or support projects such as GMP equalisation and ORAs.Prepare reports and communication materials for trustees, employers and members.Provide scheme secretarial support where required.Contribute to new business activity including tenders, pitches and networking.Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve processes.Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and pursue ongoing professional development. Essential Criteria DB pensions experience, either in consultancy or DB administration with client management responsibilities.Strong technical understanding of legislation, regulation and DB/DC scheme structures.Proven client management and project coordination skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn bespoke systems. Desirable Working towards or holding APMI/FPMI (or equivalent).Experience contributing to pitches and business development.Familiarity with the PPF assessment process. .
