They are a large organisation with a strong presence in their sector, offering structured processes and a professional working environment Description Responsibilities Oversee multi-country payrolls and ensure compliance.Lead and coach a team of three payroll professionals.Maintain vendor relationships for outsourced payroll services.Review and approve payroll processing and year-end activities.Coordinate share vesting and benefit communications.Monitor costs, invoices, and provide reports to Accounts. Profile A successful Payroll & Benefits Manager should have: Proven experience managing multi-country payrolls.Skilled in vendor management and outsourced payroll.Proficient in payroll systems (ResourceLink preferred).Advanced Excel and analytical skills.5+ years in a payroll manager role.Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot issues.
