Payroll ManagerIndependent Accountancy Practice | Near Dudley£40,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid Flexibility An established and highly regarded independent accountancy practice near Dudley is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of a well-run and growing payroll bureau. This is a key position within the practice, managing a varied portfolio of long-standing SME clients across multiple sectors. The role would suit an experienced payroll professional from an accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, and maintaining high compliance standards. The Role You’ll oversee a varied client payroll portfolio including weekly, four-weekly, monthly and director-only payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent client service throughout.
