Manchester SK8 3PWHybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from homeJOB PURPOSE:To deliver World Class Service to clientsTo process and deliver client payrolls and all other related services including “end of year” (EOY) requirements accurately and on timeKEY OBJECTIVES:World Class Service deliveryAccurate and timely payroll deliveryClient retentionKEY DUTIES/TASKS:Collate, interpret and validate data supplied by clients for processingProcess client data in line with departmental processes & proceduresCommunication with clients in line with departmental processes and proceduresAnalyse & manage payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirementsHighlight and escalate/respond to any matter that may affect the smooth running of client payrollsPerform reconciliations and EOY processes as required by the client schedulePrepare and complete manually calculated payslipsRespond to allocated client queries and take appropriate action in accordance with service level performance targetsLiaise with other departments to meet client service definition criteriaEnsure client Payroll Procedures manual is currentProvide information as necessary to statutory bodiesMaintain knowledge of current ADP products and servicesMaintain knowledge of current statutory legislationWork with other team members to meet payroll deadlinesParticipate in the collation and analysis of payroll service performance statistics and resulting improvement plansUtilise knowledge to contribute to the training programmes for new and less experienced members of staffCarry out other duties as required to fulfil the roleFollow ADP policy as stated in the Associate HandbookSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Minimum of 2 years UK payroll experiencePayroll legislation knowledgeStrong customer service skillsGood communicating and influencing skillsResults orientatedProcess and quality orientatedMicrosoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPointBENEFITS:25 days holiday with the option to buy/sellPension schemeLife assurance coverPrivate medical insuranceEmployee discount portalStudy supportEmployee volunteering schemeA little about ADP: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
