Payroll Specialist
Job title:- Payroll SpecialistDuration: -08 month Location: - Bristol, UK(Hybrid)Responsibilities: -Processing monthly end to end payroll.Check, control and maintain amendments to employee pay and IME (International Mobile Employees).Calculate and prepare international salary, tax and pension payments.Reconcile and provide returns and associated payments to internal and external stakeholders.Maintenance of specific controls and control documentation for line management.Support employees with payroll related queries.Ability to deal with high volume queries across all levels in the company, demonstrating great customer care at all times.Carry out ad hoc requests as required in an accurate and timely manner.Liaise with our third-party payroll provider.Required Skills Previous experience of managing large payrolls with differing levels of complexity.Knowledge of Tax & NI rules High level of attention to detail.Ability to work quickly & accurately under pressures to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation and externally.Adaptable and able to quickly react to changing priorities.Formal qualification preferable but more important is the ability to understand how to calculate pay.Great organisational skills – prioritising your workload and working independently, whilst also being a brilliant team player.Can use Excel to a high level
