We are looking for a good payroll admin for a company based in Greenford this is 100% office workthis salary is dependant on your skills and experience Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Temporary Workforce)Location: GreenfordReporting to: Payroll Manager / Finance ManagerRole OverviewThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for temporary workers engaged through the recruitment agency. This role ensures compliance with relevant legislation, client requirements, and internal procedures, while delivering a high level of service to both candidates and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly (and/or monthly) payroll for temporary workers, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are metCalculate pay rates, overtime, holiday pay, and statutory entitlements (e.g., SSP, SMP)Manage timesheets, ensuring they are correctly authorised and recordedLiaise with consultants to resolve timesheet discrepancies and pay queriesEnsure compliance with HMRC regulations, tax codes, and National Insurance contributionsAdminister pension auto-enrolment in line with legislationHandle payroll queries from temporary workers in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate payroll records and update systems accordinglyReconcile payroll reports and assist with finance reporting where requiredSupport audits by providing required payroll documentationKeep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practicesKey Skills & ExperiencePrevious payroll experience, ideally within a recruitment agency or high-volume environmentStrong understanding of UK payroll legislation and complianceExperience processing payroll for temporary or contract workers (desirable)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesConfident using payroll systems and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityPersonal AttributesProactive and solution-focusedAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player with a collaborative approachCustomer-focused mindset when dealing with candidates and clientsDesirable (but not essential)Experience with recruitment CRM/payroll systems (e.g., RSM, Sage, or similar)Knowledge of AWR (Agency Workers Regulations)CIPP qualification or working towardsplease email me if your interested and I will email you back thank you
