Description The Curier Pay Manager will be responsible for but not limited to: Manage the calculation and analysis of courier pay to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop and maintain detailed reports to support business operations and decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline pay processes and resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.Managing and developing a team of analysts Profile A successful Courier Pay Manager should have: A strong background in analytics, Proficiency with SQL & Power BI, Databricks is an advantage but not necessary. Either managed teams previously or is looking for that next step into management. Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
