You will play a key part in managing patent processes, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining accuracy across all work. This is an excellent opportunity for a Patent Paralegal looking to take the next step in their career within a forward thinking and well-structured team.Key Responsibilities:Supporting attorneys across the full patent lifecycleMonitoring and maintaining deadlines using IP management systemsPreparing and filing patent applications and associated documentationLiaising with clients, foreign associates and official bodiesUpdating and maintaining records within patent databases such as Inprotech or similarHandling correspondence and document management tasks efficientlyEnsuring accuracy and compliance across all processes and proceduresSupporting the wider team with administrative and portfolio management tasksRequirements:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Patent Paralegal roleCompletion of the Introductory Patent Paralegal Course (IPPC) or working towards itStrong understanding of patent processes and proceduresExperience using Inprotech or similar IP management systemsFamiliarity with document management systemsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesConfident communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitudeHigh level of attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamApply today or contact Antony Setford for more information.#INDMADS
