You will support the preparation and management of regulatory and fitness-to-practise cases for high-profile clients across the education, healthcare and public sectors.If you enjoy detailed casework, witness handling and supporting disciplinary and fitness-to-practise hearings, this is a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a specialist regulatory setting.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will support the Regulatory team in preparing cases for clients such as education and health regulators. Responsibilities include:Reviewing and analysing instruction papersContacting witnesses and obtaining detailed witness statementsDrafting statements, letters, instructions to experts and structured case documentsGathering and assessing documentary evidenceLiaising with witnesses, experts, counsel and clientsPreparing case bundles for hearingsAttending conferences with counsel and expertsOverseeing and assisting junior case support paralegalsUsing internal electronic systems for document management and client reportingHandling a variety of administrative and case-progression tasksThis is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.About the RoleThis position sits within a busy Regulatory department handling complex and sensitive investigations.
