This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive, professional environment that values high-quality advice and long-term development.Reporting to the National Head of Paraplanning, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive clear, compliant and well-structured financial planning advice.The RoleAs a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to support the full advice process, from analysis and research through to report production.Key responsibilities include:Conducting detailed financial analysis to support financial planning recommendationsGathering and organising client financial informationUsing financial planning software to model scenarios and projectionsPreparing and reviewing suitability reports and investment proposalsResearching financial products and investment solutionsSupporting advisers with bespoke financial strategiesEnsuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standardsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client recordsKeeping up to date with regulatory changes, market trends and best practiceCompliance & Professional StandardsEnsure all work is carried out in line with FCA requirementsRecord all correspondence accuratelySupport the complaints handling process where requiredCommit to ongoing CPD and professional developmentWhat We’re Looking ForQualificationsCII Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) – essentialDesire to work towards Chartered status (fully supported)Knowledge & ExperienceGood knowledge of investments, pensions, personal tax, estate planning and protectionAbility to carry out basic tax calculationsExperience supporting the delivery of regulated financial adviceConfident working within defined processes while contributing to service improvementsSystems & ITStrong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using Genovo and/or Intelliflo OfficeComfortable working with financial planning and back-office systemsPersonal SkillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationProfessional, ethical and client-focusedCollaborative team player with a flexible approachWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £55,000 depending on experienceHybrid working modelClear progression and development pathwayFull support towards Chartered Financial Planner statusOpportunity to work within a growing national paraplanning functionApply NowIf you’re a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to progress your career within a forward-thinking and supportive firm, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now for confidential consideration.
