The role is supporting their two biggest billers and directorOperations executives duties-Dealing with new bookings which can vary between a luxury trip around Europe to a Tanzania safari, to a tailor-made journey in Japan.-Liaising closely with either DMC's or direct partners (hotels, guides, private drivers) they have on the ground in each country-Ensuring that services such as hotels, private tours, entrances, flights and other services are booked accurately and in a timely manner-Finalising travel documents and ensuring they go out to clients within deadlines set per country-Working closely with the finance team to ensure that supplier invoices are paid by deadlines set-Ensuring that the CRM system, reservations system and other portals they use are kept up to date-Communicating effectively with clients to obtain self booked flights and other pre-departure information that is required to finalise their documents-Dealing with emergency phone calls, if clients have any issues whilst on their holiday-Supporting the director in his absence - duties will include keeping on top of his inbox and action emails when needed, answering calls, Diary management Operations executives skills required-Someone who has at least 2-3 years experience in a similar operations exec/coordinator role for a tour operator.
