HubSpot Specialist This is a chance to step into the engine room of a fast-growing commercial business and really make your mark. You’ll take ownership of HubSpot, remove friction across teams, and help shape how revenue flows end to end.Role Overview:Location: New Malden, London/Hybrid (3 days per week)Package: £35,000–£45,000pa + benefitsIndustry: B2B / SaaS-style growth environmentWhat You’ll Be Doing:Owning the day-to-day setup and smooth running of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Service and OpsManaging users, permissions, onboarding and core CRM configurationKeeping pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects and properties clean and fit for purposeActing as the go-to person for HubSpot questions and troubleshootingMaintaining high-quality CRM data across a large contact databaseBuilding and maintaining dashboards and reports for commercial teams and leadershipDesigning and improving workflows around lead routing, scoring, deals, renewals and partnersSupporting accurate forecasting through clear processes and automationWorking closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success leaders to turn requirements into practical CRM solutionsCreating simple documentation and guides so teams know “what good looks like”Supporting integrations and ensuring data flows cleanly between systemsKeeping up with HubSpot updates, AI features and best practices to continuously improve how the platform is usedMain Skills Needed:Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub2+ years of experience in a Commercial Ops, CRM, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops roleExperience putting automations or tech implementations into HubSpotConfidence building workflows, automation and basic process logicStrong data skills, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and governanceExperience creating dashboards and reports for commercial stakeholdersClear communication skills, able to translate technical detail for non-technical usersOrganised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesWhat’s in It for You:Real ownership of a core commercial platform from day oneExposure to senior stakeholders across the businessA clear development path toward a future Revenue Operations Manager roleHybrid working with a good balance of collaboration and flexibilityOngoing learning through HubSpot certifications and hands-on platform developmentThe chance to influence how a growing business scales its commercial operationsCall to Action:If you’re nodding along, let’s take the next step.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
