HOURS: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday SALARY: £26,437 per annum RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all residents' bins are checked, emptied daily and taken to site rubbish bin area. All residents' recycling bags removed and taken to site recycling bin areaAll rubbish bins and recycling bins to be taken out of bin area daily, ready for refuse collectionRegular sweeping and jet washing of all external lightwellsRegular sweeping of rear external stairsRegular sweeping of residents' external balconies and fire escape stairsDaily cleaning of staff toilet roomWeekly cleaning of contractors' toilet roomWeekly sweeping of staff basement floor area and stairsMonthly sweeping of other basement floor areas and stairsReporting of any defects to main reception desk/Deputy Building Manager/Building Manager
