Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Surfacing Solutions business across the North and West of Scotland. The role will be based at either of our office’s at Daviot Quarry near Inverness or Netherglen Quarry near Elgin.Reporting to the General Manager you will lead the Surfacing Solutions operations team to obtain the required financial, sustainability and safety performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing relationships with key clients, including Bear Scotland, Amey and other private, industrial and commercial market customers as well as internal relationships within the wider Breedon Group. Key ResponsibilitiesInternally – the Operations Manager will be responsible for all operational matters, reporting to the General Manager at an operational level.
