(LinkedIn)Now part of the Great British Drinks Company, Saltaire sits within a growing group dedicated to protecting and revitalising iconic regional breweries across the UK, combining heritage with long-term investment and growth.This is a key leadership role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and making a real impact in a proud and growing brewery environment.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the TeamYou’ll inspire and manage a team across drivers, warehouse, and office functions:Lead, support, and develop a multi-functional teamOversee driver schedules and journey routingEnsure seamless coordination between departmentsMonitor performance and maintain high operational standardsRunning Warehouse & LogisticsOversee picking, packing, and dispatch operationsKeep deliveries running efficiently and on scheduleStep in when needed, this is a hands-on roleContinuously improve processes to boost efficiencyOwning Stock ManagementManage stock levels and inventory accuracyCoordinate stock call-offs and transfersWork closely with production to ensure availabilityMaintain reliable stock systems and reportingKeeping the Office FlowingOversee daily office operations and admin workflowsEnsure all delivery and stock documentation is accurateSupport invoicing, reporting, and internal processesSupporting the Bigger PictureCollaborate with sales, production, and leadership teamsIdentify opportunities to improve how we operateHelp shape processes as the business growsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Experience managing operations, warehouse, or logistics teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience with stock management systemsAbility to coordinate drivers, routes, and deliveriesComfortable juggling multiple prioritiesDesirable:Experience in brewery, beverage, or FMCG environmentsKnowledge of ERP or inventory systemsExperience managing office or admin teamsWarehouse or forklift knowledgeThe Kind of Person Who Thrives HereHands-on and proactive, you lead from the frontA clear communicator who brings teams togetherHighly organised with a sharp eye for detailCalm under pressure in a fast-moving environmentAlways looking for smarter, better ways to workWhy Join Saltaire Brewery?Join a passionate Yorkshire brewery with a proud heritage and an exciting future.
