This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in connecting commercial success with operational delivery, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.THE ROLE As Head of Commercial Operations / Commercial & Operations Manager, this role leads the end-to-end commercial operations function, ensuring customer orders move efficiently from quotation through to delivery. Covering sales order processing, account management and customer service, the focus is on aligning operational delivery with commercial objectives.
