Our client who is an international company based in the west Hull area are seeking a strong commercially minded and dynamic Operations Director to join their business.The Operations Director is a senior executive responsible for establishing strategic objectives, overseeing daily operations, and driving the growth and profitability of the company. This role requires extensive operational expertise and offers the opportunity to lead the growth of a well-established and successful operations team. The role will align operational strategies with business goals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and protect the organisation's assets and reputation.
