Operations CoordinatorReporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of operational services for their assigned MGA. This role focuses on performance, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders receive exceptional service. You will manage processes from initial instruction through to report issuance, ensuring schedules, workflows, and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently. This position acts as a key coordination and communication hub - supporting examiners, clients, management, and the finance team to keep projects on track and running smoothly.
