Established for over 65 years, our professional, innovative service sets the standards in the industry for others to follow.We are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.We are seeking a Supplier Compliance Coordinator to manage and oversee supply chain approval activities across the organisation.You will act as the primary point of contact for supplier approval processes, supporting regional administration teams, and working closely with Compliance and Finance to strengthen internal controls, improve systems, and uphold best practice across the business.In this role, you will coordinate supplier approvals, maintain accurate supply chain records, ensure due diligence is completed, and support internal teams with training, guidance, and system improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for supply chain approval activity across CRLEnsure compliance with company-wide supplier approval processes and due diligence requirementsMonitor the Supplier Management System and finalise supplier approvalsProcess new supplier requests and maintain accurate recordsSupport and train regional administration teams and provide holiday/absence coverWork with the Compliance Manager to review, enhance, and improve systems and processesSupport the Finance Team in operating internal controls and provide cover as neededMaintain professionalism, integrity, and quality across all activitiesPromote and contribute to CRL’s Health & Safety, sustainability, and social value goalsSupport CRL’s mission to provide a safe, caring workplace for all employeesCarry out any other reasonable duties as requiredIn order to be successful in this role you should have: Experience working in a systems-based environment with multiple stakeholdersExperience with supply chain management systems and/or quality management systemsUnderstanding of quality systems and processesFamiliarity with PAS 91, Common Assessment Standard, or supplier questionnairesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of IT systems/databases (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar)Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skillsReliable, self-managing, and able to plan workload effectivelyConfident problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative and supportive working styleLevel 3 literacy and numeracy or Business Administration qualificationEquivalent professional qualifications also welcomeInterest in or willingness to complete a relevant apprenticeship (if not already qualified)If you feel you have the skills and experience to be considered for this role, click on apply today forwarding and up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instanceNo agencies please.
