An established and rapidly expanding specialist consultancy operating across the UK and internationally is seeking an Administrator to join its small, close-knit office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail to develop a career within a regulated technical environment. The Role You will support a mobile site-based technical team by ensuring accurate document control, reporting quality, and smooth administrative operations. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Compiling evidence packs and managing document control systemsProofreading technical reports and ensuring accuracy and complianceManaging and issuing onsite documentationProducing and issuing quotations, reports and controlled documentsQuality checking all outgoing documentationMaintaining organised filing systems (digital and physical)General office administration and team support About You Essential: A full clean UK Driving LicenseExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office / document management)Previous office administration experienceExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong spelling, grammar and written communication skillsConfident communicatorHighly organised and efficientFlexible, proactive and willing to support across multiple tasks Desirable (not essential): Experience in construction, engineering, compliance or quality environmentsFamiliarity with technical documentation or controlled documents You will thrive in a small team environment where everyone takes a hands-on approach and supports each other.
