Office Manager and PA to Director
A well-established professional services firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager & PA to support the Director and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.This is a varied, hands-on role combining office management, PA support, legal secretarial duties, staff coordination, and operational support. The successful candidate will become a key central figure within the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the officeProvide PA and administrative support to the Director and Corporate/Commercial teamPrepare, format and amend legal documents and correspondenceAudio typing and document production with high accuracyManage diaries, meetings, emails and prioritiesCoordinate office suppliers, maintenance and facilitiesSupport onboarding, recruitment and staff administrationAssist with IT coordination and liaise with external support providersMaintain office systems, records, policies and proceduresHelp improve internal processes and office efficiencyOrganise meetings, training and staff eventsAbout YouPrevious experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager or senior PAStrong organisational and multitasking skillsConfident working independently and solving problems proactivelyExcellent communication and IT skillsProfessional, approachable and highly organisedDesirableExperience within a legal or professional services environmentKnowledge of SRA compliance or regulated sectorsExperience using case management systems such as LeapThe RoleThis position would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
