This is a rare opportunity to join a professional, discreet, and ambitious investment house in a pivotal role at the centre of the business.This is not a traditional admin role. You will act as the operational backbone of the firm, supporting partners and investment professionals while ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally at all times.Although the role is remote, candidates will be required for occasional in-person meetings and local coordination.The RoleAs Office Manager, you will own day-to-day operations and provide high-calibre support across the firm. You will be trusted to run things properly, anticipate needs, and quietly make problems disappear before they are noticed.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the primary operational contact for the firmSupporting Partners and investment team with diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logisticsManaging relationships with external providers including accountants, legal advisors, IT support, and facilities partnersOverseeing onboarding for new hires and contractorsCoordinating investor meetings, offsites, and internal eventsHandling confidential documentation with absolute discretionManaging expenses, invoices, and basic budget trackingEnsuring systems, processes, and workflows are efficient and professionalActing as a trusted right hand to senior leadershipWho This Role Is ForThis role will suit someone who is calm, highly organised, and commercially aware.
