We are working with a growing business seeking to strengthen its internal operations by introducing a dedicated Office Manager. This is a newly created role designed to support the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office, strong administration, and reliable support across HR and operational functions.This is a great opportunity for a confident, proactive individual with experience in agriculture or construction, who enjoys variety and taking ownership.Responsibilities: Finance & Accounts SupportCredit control function as advised to include customer reminders and escalation where requiredProvide support to the Finance function as advisedHR AdministrationMaintain up-to-date personnel records, training logs, and compliance documentationManage staff onboarding and offboarding processesSupport with holiday tracking, absence management, and policy administrationEnsure confidentiality and GDPR compliance across all recordsOffice ManagementOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient workflowManage stationery, supplies, equipment and liaise with external suppliers or contractorsSupport operational teams with general administrative tasks as requiredChampion good communication across departments and act as a central information point for the businessCoordinate office meetings & oversee minute-takingSupport Directors Provide Holiday cover for the receptionDeal with public/customer complaintsRequirements/Experience: Previous experience in a similar Office Manager roleBackground in agriculture, construction, or a similar hands-on sectorConfident communicator able to act as a primary contact for internal teamsStrong credit control/finance experience and comfortable chasing debtStrong Microsoft Office skills Proactive problem solvingHigh level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritiseFor more information, please speak to Nicola at Si Recruitment.
