A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join this growing organisation on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an HR department and ideally studying toward their CIPD qualification. Location: MarlowJob type: Permanent Working Hours: 9am - 5pmSalary - will be dependent on experienceBenefits: 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, wellbeing package As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for: First point of call for all HR adviceAssisting the recruitment process and onboarding checksScheduling meetings and interviewsInduction and probationary responsibilitiesUpdating the internal HR system and maintaining personal dataPayroll, HR & benefits administration dutiesUpdating HR policyAdding value to the firm ensuring people processes run smoothlyProject managementInternal coaching and training on HR mattersSupport with absence and parental leave The successful HR Assistant will have the following related skills / experience: Previous experience within an HR role is essential.Ideally studying towards their CIPD qualificationThe ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.Excellent communication skills, confidential and sensitive with the ability to be objective and empathetic.Strong administrative, organisational and time management skillsSolid problem-solving and organisational skillsIT Literate with demonstrable knowledge of MS Office including Outlook.Educated to GCSE standard.You must be a driver with your own transport as you will be expecting to attend meetings in the other local offices
