The Role We are seeking an Office Junior to join our professional team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop administrative and office-based skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Office Administration & Support Assist partners, case managers, researchers, and office managers with daily office dutiesManage filing systems and close files accurately, ensuring documents are organised and accessibleSort, arrange, and distribute incoming and outgoing post and DX mailAnswer and transfer phone calls professionallyProvide reception support during peak times or staff absencesAssist with stock control and inventory managementSupport secretaries with administrative tasks, including scanning and photocopyingHelp with bulk mailings and support marketing-related tasks as required Research Support (Training Provided) Support researchers and case managers with probate and genealogical research tasks under supervisionAssist with maintaining and updating family trees and case recordsHelp with the administration of certificate applications and document handlingAccurately record time spent on tasks when required We support long-term career development and offer clear progression opportunities based on performance and strengths.
