This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role - combining general administration, reception duties, and finance support using QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls Managing general administrative tasks, correspondence, and office documentation Processing payments using QuickBooks Assisting with purchase orders and supplier queries Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks About You: Previous experience in an administrative role with reception/front-of-house duties Proficient in QuickBooks - this experience is essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident working independently in a busy, varied environment This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in a long-term, stable role where no two days are the same.
