IFA Administrator
My client is currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team in Glasgow.The IFA Administrator will provide support to the Financial Planner and Paraplanner in delivering a high standard of service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of all administration tasks related to delivering the service proposition and building trust and strong relationships with both the clients and the other members of the business. Role ResponsibilitiesManaging the LOA process for new businessMaintaining client files and data to a high standard within the regulatory and legislative remitsProviding support to clients with regards to their existing holdingsAdding client details and information (personal, portfolio, service, transaction) to the back-office system and ensuring accurate data is heldPreparing annual review packs for each clientProcessing client instructions in an accurate and timely mannerManaging the booking of annual reviews for their designated Financial PlannerIssuing policy documents and other administrative paperwork regarding holdingsPreparing invoicesEnabling and supporting our clients to meet their financial goalsEvidencing and adding value to the clients' financial plansMinimising potential harm to consumersEfficiently managing their own workloadTaking ownership of actions and ensure they are completed in a timely manner BenefitsBasic salary up to £35,000Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)Pension - 4% employee and 4% employer in year 1, employer will match up to 5% after year 1Death In Service - 3 x basic salaryAnnual Leave - 31 days plus 6 statsContributory health careGym discountsCycle to work schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeVisit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
